Life Insurance
Life insurance offers you and your family important financial protection. Lakeland provides a basic life insurance plan for eligible employees.
Employees in the following employment classifications are eligible to participate in the life insurance plan:
* Regular full-time employees
* Introductory employees who, upon successful completion of the introductory period, will become regular full-time employees
Eligible employees may participate in the life insurance plan, subject to all terms and conditions of the agreement between Lakeland and the insurance carrier.
Details of the basic life insurance plan, including benefit amounts, are described in the Summary Plan Description provided to eligible employees. Contact the Administrative Services Manager for more information about life insurance benefits.
